Suzy is one of the hottest up-and-coming photographers. She has a natural talent for composing shots and posing her subjects. She is highly respected and loved by numerous brides, celebrities, and fellow photographers.

Suzy started shooting shortly after she turned 14. She went out to assist her dad on a photo shoot, and loved it so much that her finger hasn't left the shutter button since. On that first shoot, it was apparent that Suzy had a natural eye for photography, so her father took her under his wing and started training her.

After shooting her first wedding, Suzy has since developed a passion for wedding photography. “I love capturing the moments on a wedding because it’s a couple’s most important day, and the fact that they would choose me as their wedding photographer is an honor, because I know that they’ll cherish their photographs for a lifetime,” says Suzy.

Mentored by Andre Rowe, Suzy incorporates a wide range of styles and talents—she shoots everything from family portraits to commercial photos to TV production stills to advertising. For weddings she uses predominantly romantic and photojournalistic styles, and goes a bit more sexy on engagement shoots. “I always try to come up with new ideas for the weddings I shoot,” she says. Training with Lito Sy, one of the world’s premier wedding photographers, helped her to truly evolve her style.

Suzy shoots with Nikon, but she’s always looking for the best camera out there. She knows the technical fine points of photography—lighting, editing, and angles, and she’s always looking to learn more.
